Make it Fun
Break the undesirable tasks into short 15 minute blocks of time.
What may seem impossible will become possible in short blocks of time.
How to make it fun?
Select one task you dislike.
Set the timer for 15 minutes and start the task.
(For me, it is emptying the dishwasher).
Reward yourself for completing the task. Give yourself 15 minutes on the timer to enjoy "your favorite thing."
(Mine is having coffee and playing a game on my tablet).
If you completed the task with time left to spare, add that to your reward time.
Once your reward time is up, REPEAT all the steps above.
